• Design and drafting of labor instruments, contracts and documents.
• Individual and collective labor litigation, before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards in all the cities in Mexico and in all instances, for example in cases of: layoffs, indemnification claims, employment regulations, contesting penalties, substantial amendments to the labor contract, acknowledgement of professional categories, vacations, etc.
• Advice, attention and processing of labor proceedings or procedures related with labor benefits concerning Social Security or workers housing (INFONAVIT) .
• Work casualties and professional illnesses, indemnification for permanent bodily harm, etc.
• Relations with labor unions
• Negotiations and collective bargaining with labor unions
• Execution of labor union contracts
• Design of flexible labor plans and regulations
• Labor protection before labor unions
